Cafe Ride is a platform that helps cyclists plan routes, discover cafes, organize rides, and share reviews with cycling clubs and friends. The Service includes:

• Social features including following users and activity feeds

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. User Content

4.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create and post on the Service (reviews, photos, ride reports, routes, posts, comments, etc.). By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display your content for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

4.2 Content Standards

You agree not to post content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or discriminatory

• Assessing weather conditions and road conditions
• Your own safety and the safety of others while cycling

We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur while using routes or information from the Service.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cafe Ride and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cafe Ride and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of the Service

• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you post on the Service

11. Termination
